Situation : Manual visitor registration using Google spreadsheets with no visitor tracking!
Whenever visitors came to Excel Lab their details were entered manually which resulted into mistakes and inefficient user tracking.
Solution: Created a Visitor Entry form using google form. Also created a Feedback form. Now whenever a visitor comes, he/she fills out the form, and then proceeds with Excel work. When the visitor leaves, the feedback form is emailed to them. This helped in very efficient visitor tracking and service evaluation.
